Admission Procedure  

  • Admission is done based on the consultant doctor`s advice.  
  • Family members are required to complete all necessary registration and     admission formalities at the Admission Desk.  
  •  Room Allocation will be done as per the patient`s preference.  
  • Advance Payment is applicable only for palliative care and psychiatry admissions as per hospital policy.  
  • Upon completion of formalities, the patient will be escorted to the assigned room or ward.  
  • The nursing team will initiate care and treatment as per the instructions of the concerned consultant.  
  • Emergency admissions will be processed on priority to ensure immediate medical attention.  
  1. Book an Appointment
    • Appointments can be booked 24×7 through our Call Centre at 8589997358, 9744800044.
    • For walk-in patients, tokens can be obtained from the Registration Desks.
    • Registration counters are located at the Main OP Block.
    • If you have registered previously, kindly quote your Registration Number while booking an appointment.
    • New patients will get an immediate help in our registration centre.
  2. Outpatient Visit
    • Selected departments offer both morning and evening outpatient services on scheduled days.
    • OP will be given priority according to the booking.
    • Please ensure you reach at least 15 minutes before your schedule appointment.
  3. Pharmacy
    • We provide 24×7 emergency services.
    • Doctors will prescribe your medications, and you can collect them from the pharmacies.
    • The outpatient pharmacy is located within the hospital premises.
    • Main Pharmacy dispenses medicine for all hospital departments.
  4. Laboratory Services
    • We provide 24×7 emergency services.
    • The Lab department is situated in the main block.
    • Soft copy of your reports can be obtained via WhatsApp (9605321067). Please send a message to receive the lab results.
    • Print out can also be collected from the Result Counter near the lab.
    • Doctors get the results in the patient file.
    • The result time varies depending on the test. Please Contact the lab staff to know about the duration of the results.
  5. Imaging services
    • We provide 24×7 emergency services.
    • The X-Ray department is situated in the main block.
  6. Emergency
    • We provide 24×7 emergency services.
    • Once the patient is received in the Emergency department, register the patient at the registration desk.
    • You can connect with the Public Relations Officer (8589997363) for the further information.
  7. Ambulance
    • We provide 24×7 ambulance services.
    • Connect to our ambulance service at 8589997358, 9744800044.
  8. Billing
    • Utilize your UPI apps like Gpay / Swiping for your bill payment.
    • Settle the bill using your IP number and the bill number.
    • Payment can be made at the department of cash and registration counter.
  9. Discharge
    • The process of discharge starts once the patient is advised to discharge by the doctor.
    • The discharge formalities may take around 2 hours.
    • Once the medicines are ready, you can collect them from the pharmacy.
    • Once the final bill is ready, you will be informed by the staff. Payment can be done in the department of cash and registration.
    • The Nurse will hand over the discharge summary and reports of all investigations carried out during the current admission.
    • Follow-up information will be provided by the nurse in-charge.
    • Patients/relatives are requested to vacate the room/bed immediately once the discharge formalities are completed.
  10. Parking
    • Parking is provided for patients and their immediate family members.
  11. Bystanders and Visitors
    • Only one bystander is allowed in the room along with the patient.
    • Immediate family members can visit the patient during Morning –   10:00 am to 11:00 am and Evening - 04:00 pm to 07:00 pm. 
    • Please make sure visitors and bystanders follow hospital rules and regulations.   
  12. Chapel 
    • The hospital provides a dedicated and tranquil prayer room for patients, attendants, and staff, offering a peaceful environment for prayer, meditation, and quiet reflection. Spiritual care services are available to provide guidance, comfort, and emotional support to those in need. This facility is designed to promote holistic well-being by fostering inner peace, resilience, and a sense of spiritual connection.
